Terms of service
These Terms apply to the RenaAi service operated by RenaAi (legal name: 주식회사 레나에이아이).

Article 01 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users, and other necessary matters, in connection with the use of RenaAi (renaai.co, the "Service") operated by RenaAi (legal name: 주식회사 레나에이아이, the "Company").
Article 02 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
① "Service" means the AI-based enterprise value (EV) assessment, consulting, website and all related ancillary services provided by the Company.
② "User" means an individual or legal entity that accesses the Company's Service and uses it in accordance with these Terms.
③ "Applicant" means a person who has submitted an application to use the Service (such as an EV Assessment application).
④ "Content" means all text, images, analytical materials, reports and the like posted or provided by the Company within the Service.
Article 03 (Posting and amendment of the Terms)
① The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service or a linked screen so that users can easily see them.
② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate relevant laws, such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc., the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
③ When the Company amends the Terms, it will give notice on the Service screen, together with the current Terms, stating the effective date and the reasons for the amendment, from at least 7 days before the effective date. However, where the change is unfavorable to users, notice will be given from at least 30 days in advance and users will be notified individually by email or similar means.
④ A user who does not agree to the application of the amended Terms may stop using the Service and withdraw.
Article 04 (Provision and change of the Service)
① The services provided by the Company are as follows.
• Free AI-based enterprise value (EV) assessment and simulation
• Consulting on the adoption of AI solutions (paid contracts)
• Provision of related reports and analytical materials
• Other ancillary services determined by the Company
② The Company may change the services it provides for reasons such as improving their content or quality. In that case, it will give advance notice stating the content of the changed service and the effective date.
③ The Company may modify or discontinue some or all of its free services for reasons such as changes in Company policy. The Company is not liable for any damage users suffer as a result, in the case of free services.
Article 05 (Application to use the Service)
① A user applies to use the Service by entering the service application information in the form specified by the Company and indicating agreement to these Terms.
② Users must provide accurate information (name, contact details, email, company name, etc.). If a user provides false information or applies using another person's information, the Company may refuse or suspend provision of the Service.
③ The Company may refuse to accept, or subsequently terminate the use agreement for, any application that falls under any of the following.
• Where false information has been provided or another person's information has been used without authorization
• Where the application is made for the purpose of disrupting the normal operation of the Service
• Where the application is made for a purpose that violates relevant laws
Article 06 (Obligations of the Company)
① The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and does its best to provide the Service continuously and stably.
② The Company establishes security systems to process users' personal information securely, and publishes and complies with its privacy policy.
③ Where an opinion or complaint raised by a user in connection with use of the Service is found to be justified, the Company will endeavor to address it. The Company will communicate the outcome of handling the user's opinion or complaint to the user by email or similar means.
Article 07 (Obligations of users)
① Users must not engage in any of the following acts.
• Entering false information when applying
• Altering information posted by the Company
• Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than information specified by the Company
• Infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
• Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Company or third parties
• Transmitting or posting obscene or violent content
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's consent
• Any other unlawful or improper acts
② Users must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms, usage guides and precautions announced in connection with the Service, and must not engage in any other acts that interfere with the Company's business.
Article 08 (Restriction and suspension of the Service)
① If a user violates their obligations under these Terms or disrupts the normal operation of the Service, the Company may restrict use of the Service in stages: warning, temporary suspension, then permanent suspension.
② The Company may temporarily suspend provision of the Service in cases specified in the Telecommunications Business Act, where a facilities-based telecommunications business operator suspends its telecommunications service or normal provision of the service becomes difficult, or where there are unavoidable reasons such as a national emergency, disaster, or equipment inspection and maintenance work.
③ In the cases described in the preceding paragraph, the Company will notify users in advance through the Service screen, email or similar means. However, where the cause is beyond the Company's control, notice may be given afterward.
Article 09 (Copyright and intellectual property rights)
① The copyright and intellectual property rights in all content included in the Service (text, images, analytical materials, reports, software, AI models, etc.) belong to the Company.
② Users must not, without the Company's prior written consent, use information obtained from the Service for commercial purposes by reproducing, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or otherwise, or allow third parties to use it.
③ Unless otherwise provided in a contract, analytical reports and consulting deliverables that the Company provides to a user within the Service are confidential materials intended solely for that user, and must not be shared with third parties or disclosed externally.
Article 10 (Protection of personal information)
① The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws to protect users' personal information.
② Specific matters concerning the collection, use, provision and processing of personal information are governed by the separately posted privacy policy.
③ The Company uses information collected during a user's service application only for purposes such as providing the Service, consultation and contact, and does not provide it to third parties without the user's consent.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
① The Company is released from liability for providing the Service where it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, or suspension of service by a facilities-based telecommunications business operator.
② The Company is not liable for any disruption to use of the Service attributable to the user.
③ The AI-based analyses and enterprise value assessment results provided by the Company are for informational purposes and do not constitute investment advice, legal advice, or accounting or tax advice. The user bears final responsibility for any business decisions based on the analysis results.
④ The Company does not guarantee any profit or loss the user expects from the Service, the accuracy of data, or fitness for a particular purpose.
⑤ The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising through the Service between users or between a user and a third party, and is not liable to compensate for any resulting damage.
Article 12 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
① The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to the interpretation of these Terms and to disputes between the Company and users.
② If a dispute arises between the Company and a user in connection with use of the Service, the Company will consult with the user in good faith to resolve it.
③ If no agreement is reached, the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act shall be the court of first instance.
Addendum
These Terms take effect on April 1, 2026.
