Milestones

The program runs in seven milestones

Each milestone answers one question. Once it is answered, a document remains. There is no fixed timetable, so order and pace differ from person to person.

By milestone

One question and one document per milestone

If you are already building something, you can start from a later milestone.

  1. M1

    Diagnosis

    “What are you starting with?”

Together we map your areas of interest, current capabilities and the resources you can use.

    Founder diagnostic report
  2. M2

    Problem definition

    “Is this problem worth solving?”

You decide what to solve and check whether the problem actually exists.

    Problem statement
  3. M3

    Solution design

    “How will you solve it?”

Together we design an approach that uses AI tools.

    Solution design document
  4. M4

    Build

    “Does it actually work?”

You build it yourself and receive advisory on structure and code along the way.

    Working product (MVP)
  5. M5

    Validation

    “Will anyone use it?”

You design user interviews and test whether the revenue model holds up.

    Validation results · revenue model
  6. M6

    Investor perspective

    “How does capital see this?”

We reread the business plan against investment review criteria.

    Investor-perspective feedback
  7. M7

    Presentation

    “Can you explain it?”

You present what you built publicly at Demo Day.

Presentation materials · public presentation record

How it works

One-on-one throughout, with one gathering at the end

You build on your own, but you can get advisory whenever you get stuck.

  • 1

    Everything is one-on-one

There is no regular schedule where everyone meets. Advisory runs individually, on a different schedule for each participant.

  • 2

You are the one who builds

As a consultant, the company points the way and works through blockers with you. We do not build it for you, so what you end up with is genuinely your own work.

  • 3

    Everyone gathers once

At the final Demo Day, you present what you built publicly. The five deliverables are handed over at this point.

Where are you stuck?

Tell us how far you have come, and we will decide together which milestone to start from.
