What we do not do, and what is not guaranteed

We think it is better to state up front what we cannot do.

  • We do not provide legal opinions.Questions such as whether something is patentable or who owns the rights belong to attorneys and patent attorneys and are outside this program. If you need them, you will have to consult a professional yourself.
  • All rights to the outputs belong to the participant. This is stated in the contract, and the company is bound by confidentiality regarding participants’ ideas. The participant creates the business plan and the product directly. The company does not build them for you.
  • The quality of the outputs varies by participant.Advisory is provided with the same intensity, but what comes out depends on how much you build.
  • We do not decide where the deliverables are used. Our job is advisory. How you use what remains is your choice.

Which of the five do you need?

You may not need all of them. Let’s start the conversation there.
